Event Details:

• Date: August 14, 2025
• Meeting Location: The Country Club at Woodmore (Back Lot)
• Arrival Time: 6:30 AM
• Departure: 6:45 AM (Don’t be late!)
• Return Time: Approx. 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Cost:

• Juniors under 15: Free admission + $50 transportation fee
• Parents: $150 per person (includes event ticket and transportation)

What’s Included:

• Event ticket (for parents)
• Roundtrip transportation from Woodmore to Caves Valley
• Supervision for juniors attending without a parent

What to Bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Hat, sunscreen, and rain gear if needed
• Spending money for food, drinks, and souvenirs (Lunch is NOT included)
• Cell phone (if junior has one)
